I am actually an engineer, but it has been more than 3 months since my engineer work visa is still in pending and i don't know what are the reasons it taking time soo much. Now if i cancelled my enginner work visa and apply for a labor work visa and work in Oman as an engineer, will my labor card still classify me as an engineer?
Will i be able to use all the benefits of an engineer in this visa ?
