Hello all
just wanted to check with you the nature of the contract that is being offered to you in KSA.
I just recieved mine, and it is a yearly renewable contract, automatically renewed, but If I or the company decided to part away, need to inform the other part 60 days earlier.
I am working currently with the same company with a permanent contract but in a different country and now I have this opportunity to move to KSA.
I do feel like I will lose my advantages left in my country and go on an adventure, If the company decided to fire me, there will be nothing that will protect me whereas it is not the case where I am.
also my wife is working in my home country, she'll need to quit to join me there.
Just wanted to see is such contracts are usual in KSA & does it worth the move.
