Hello, my GF from Thailand has been in and out of Bahrain often, today entry was denied and no one has told her why. How can she find out the reason.

No one will tell her the reason. Immigration does not share reasons for refusal of entry.
But I can tell you that single women from certain countries (on visit visa) are routinely refused entry on suspicion of their involvement in illicit activities. Yes a lot get through and you find them in Juffair/Exhibition road etc. every weekend. They stay till the visit visa expires, leave and then rinse / repeat till they are denied entry. So if I had to guess, your gf's visit patterns matched with these ladies and immigration refused entry.
