Any recommendations for 2023 where to purchase whole turkey and/or fresh turkey and approx cost this year?

Almost all grocery stores have frozen turkeys. Prices will vary depending on store and brand. There are some places where you can get fresh but I do not know where. Turkey farms are not a thing here.

I bought mine at Sirena last year. I've heard PriceSmart carries them for the holidays too.

I saw some this week at Unidos and at Nacional. I forgot to check the price at Nacional but at Unidos they were a little more than $4.00 per pound. Butterball.
