I am training as a specialist doctor at JNH, Rose Belle.
Would be living in Mauritius for 3 years. I was wondering if it is possible to find any sea side or sea view houses / apartments for long term rental?
There might be many out there, but I'm looking for something decent (2 bedroom, furnished) in a price range of under 10,000 MUR.
An area within 15 Kms of JNH, Rose Belle would be preferable.
You guys think it's possible?

Maybe you might get a place with sea view from inland on a high spot... but on the beach not under the budget you mentioned. Property owners on the beach have to pay high taxes and rentals in order to cover such costs are lets say 5 to 10 more expensive...

unlike;y with this budget. but mauritius is very small...and the beach is never very far wherever you are :-) usually less than half an hour away...

For that price, I doubt it or I would have done it myself.
