The condominium costs for the flat we're renting have increased by 50% without warning.
The total (total gestione) appears to be 1538.09 however there's another column called "saldi di fine espec" which is 829.93.
The total of this column for the whole building is 35607 euros. It cannot be that 35607 euros of spending has suddenly been 'discovered' and added. The total gestione for the whole building is only 62000.
Does anyone know what that column is?
I understand I can demand a complete list of everything that has been charged down to the cent, so I can demand to know precisely what that was spent on. Is that right?
