Hello, I have created this new thread on the Mauritius forum so that you may better receive some feedback.
To obtain nationality by descent, one of the parents must be Mauritian born.
I am not sure she will obtain Mauritian citizenship I hope another member can provide official infos.

As the child was born after that date , and both parents are NOT Mauritian citizens, she is not eligible for citizenship since
A person becomes a citizen of Mauritius either by birth:
(i) A person is a citizen of Mauritius, if he is born in Mauritius before 1st October 1995, of either Mauritian or foreign parents
