I have two postpaid cell phone accounts. Can anyone explain what the Rentas balance is for on the invoice? It keeps growing, so I'm sure it can be applied for something, but can't find anything on the app or website that explains it!

I believe the Renta balance is just a running total of what you have paid in total for your service .when you make your next payment your total renta balance should go up by that amount.

Mine is at 20k but the total I've paid on that account, over 3+ years is over 54k.

It may be the base service costs without any taxes applied??? I am guessing here
