Wanting to study in Latvia

Greeting to all the members in the forum, I am Eric from Cameroon and I am looking for a way go study bossiness management or shipping and logistics, any cheap international university in Latvia,  please can I get some directives from the the forum on all to go about the admission and which university . I actually want a university with less tuition fee that can be affordable to me .  I will also wish to consider the part of the country that is less expensive for beginners .
