Hi, I have applied FOR LONG TERM dependent visa for Belgium in April 2023. I gave my wife's rental agreement as Belgium address proof. In the rental agreement we have landlords/owners name mentioned. Now landlord has sold the apartment to a different owner and a new rental contract is created with new owners name. My wife is still living there and has already got the old rental agreement registered. I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED MY VISA APPLICATION WITH OLD RENTAL Contract and status is in process. IS THE OWNER CHANGE IN THE RENTAL CONTRACT GOING TO AFFECT MY VISA APPLICATION? WHAT SHOULD I DO TO AVOID ANY HINDERANCE in my visa process.
