Age should be 18-30 years, that is essentially the requirement for WH visa. There is no other visa that is equivalent. This visa is based on a reciprocal agreement between Sweden and Australia.
As far as I can make out the agreement doesn't talk about anything outside the said age group.

However one can apply for a visitor visa that is more than 90 days.
