Hello everyone,
We are in the process of buying a new apartment and are looking for a home inspector. We would like to have someone who can not only do the evaluation, but check the technicalities as well, like is the electricity, plumbing, sewage etc in order. I do know that I can check the RICS, but was hoping that someone would have a first hand experience and could recommend someone? Eventually, is there some other place I can look, or RICS is the best place to look for one?
The apartment is in Wezembeek-Oppen, I believe anyone from and around Brussels, Tervuren etc should be OK.
