I have raised the Visa Type D family Reunification under 10 bis for my wife through VFS Delhi in our home country india.

(Note : In the link above, they dont have mentioned about composition de menage document anywhere i see that is mostly required in case of short stay visa type C not for long stay type D)
I want to know ,where does composition de menage play a role in the entire process for visa processing analysis and decision making.??
I have registered lease rental agreement on my name along with my wife name signed by both of us and uploaded by our owner on my rent website.(registeration done on my rent)
Do we need compostion de menage once my wife arrives in belgium or before ??
Currently i stay with my friend in 1 bhk flat 61 sq mtr in size and i see my flatmate name in composition de menage while accessing it using irisbox website .can i ask commune to update the composition de menage by submitting new contract signed by owner and me or shall i wait for my roomate to move to new flat from 1st May 2023.?
