Hi Can I ask why my past EP was approved and not yet expired last 2020. I am never been able to process it due to covid restrictions.
now i have a chance to work again but this EP last 2020 is preventing my new company to process it.
what can i do?

You mean your EP request was approved but you never came to Malaysia and joined that company? May be explain the scenerio to your new employer and ask them to explain to immigration. They should be able to suggest what to do next.
