Hi evryone, my family and I are looking for an Apt with furnitures in those 3 regions. Could anybody tell me which area is best (Katal, Pendik or Tuzla) and where could I look for Apt? It would be for around 6-8 months.

@Andy_br Not familiar with those areas but I would highly recommend you check out Kusadasi. I retired here from the USA about 1 1.2 years ago and love it here. Real-estate prices have risen since I first got here and I am sure that is the same for all of Turkey but for me Kusadasi has everything you could possibly need for a very good life.
