That depends on your stuff you want to send if your things are not to heavy you can send it by courier express,there are many companies here like DHL, UPS, TNT it will takes about 3 to 5 day
and it's safest way.

You can send it through Aramex or DHL and you don't need to have a mailing address. You can collect the stuff from their offices in Tripoli.
