I'm Greek and I'm getting ready to move to Izmir!
I was wondering if anybody knows anything about an existing Greek community or smth of the kind.
Of course information about expat communities of any nationality is more than welcome!

Hello,
We have expat meetings from time to time, nothing formal just friends out together for drinks and chats 
Some of us have met through a group on facebook and some of us became friends through Turkish classes so there isn't any proper group or channel i can suggest.
I can tell you when we have our next meeting though if you would like to join!
