I am qualified herbalist treating people since last 15 years. Is there any scope for herbalists in Lithuania? Please advice.

Yes. First let me say I live here, and have since 2003. Been coming since 1994.
Herbal remedies are taken very seriously here. Not like in the USA. It is a standard and accepted treatment. However, you must be prepared to deal with a fascinating bureaucracy....
I would recommend Lithuania as a good place to live too.
