Are you kidding?!?  That's a TON of money!!!!  You should be able to get something very nice!  South Delhi is the best area, and I would recommend Hauz Khas.

After thought:  for that kind of money, you could get a serviced apt.  These are pretty nice because they include everything and you get WIFI, satellite TV, maid service, etc.
