My name is Mohamed from Egypt, and i am looking to immigrate and live in Australia.
I am looking for even arabic or english speaking jobs.
I am mechanical engineer, but my dream is to work in any adminstration field, and within my free time i will study to be certified as Engineer from Australia, then i will search for a job as an engineer.
any help or tips?

well about you to immigrate to Australia, have you already got Migrants visa ? if so jobs are easy to find www.seek.com.au

Your first step is check if your occupation is in SOL List.
If you find it, check the 3th column for the Body who should assess you in Australia. Look for their's website and have a look in "Migration Skills Assessment".
Your profession should be assessed with them before thinking about applying for any skilled VISA. Without this assessment and a work permit, no possibility to work as a engineer in this country.
