Working in reunion island

Hello everone living in Reunion island, I am looking at moving and working in Reunion in the nursing field as a private nurse for retired people from france who would like care in their own private homes, how do I get about finding this kind of work? can I find work before entering Reunion? where and how? appreciate all answers!! thankx from carina la suedoise
