Hi All.. Moving to Bahrain.. Need Help

Dear All,

Hope you are all doing good..

I'm from India. I got an offer from a bank as a software engineer and soon to be moving to Bahrain.

My salary is all incl 1650 BD's. My office is in Seef District.

Can anybody tell me whether this is a good salary to begin with?

Is Seef District a safe place to live for an Indian? Can I get a good accomodation near by? How much will a single bed room fully furnished apartment will cost in Seef District?

Hope to meet you all soon in Bahrain.. smile
Thanks in advance.

Hi Mate and Welcome to Bahrain,

The salary you mentioned is good to begin with.

Seef Area is a quite and safe area to live in however its nearby some of the hot points in Bahrain but this has no impact on you at all.

I don't know how much 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment can cost you there ... This link can give you some ideas about rentals in Bahrain.

Hope you will enjoy your stay in Bahrain smile

Regards,

Thanks VidoDido for your reply..

My employer is asking me to resign my job even before getting an employment visa. my medical test is over and i passed it and they are processing my visa.

is it wise to resign now? will there be any chance of visa rejection? Im a Hindu from India.

Thanks

Since your visa is in process so its a matter of time till you receive it in hand which might be in a few days or more.

My personal opinion, is not to resign until you get your visa.

Sorry, but I don't know much about visa rejection criteria.

All the Best smile
