Hi everyone, we are due to move from England to Vancouver in the next few months and have been looking at furnished rental properties on-line. Can anyone give me an idea of utility costs as we have seen two houses of a similar size 4/5 bed but one is $2500 a month and the other is $4000 but includes all utilies. As we have no idea of gas/electricity/water costs etc we are not sure if this is good or not!
Can anyone help?
