Living & working in North Cyprus

Hi, we are currently staying just outside Cape Town and would like to move to North Cyprus.

My wife is retired, but I still need to work and want to start my own business. Presently I am in the Car Hire business (for the last 20 years) and could do that. As an alternative I could  also start a Wine Merchant business as I have quite a few good contacts in that field in Cape Town and could then supply all the local supermarkets, restaurants, bars, etc.

If anyone currently living in North Cyprus who has started your own business, can give me some advice on licences required, pitfalls, staff recruitment or anything that you might think I would need, I will really appreciate it.
