Malaysian working in Sweden soon

Hej! smile

My name is Justin and I am from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am currently working as a IT Manager in a multinational company and I have requested for a transfer to the Sweden office of my company next year. I have done some research over the Internet and would like to get more information about living in sweden  and meet some Malaysians and other expats who's currently working and living in Stockholm.

My swedish office will be based in Gustav III Boulevard, Solna, Stockholm. In your opinion where would be the most convenient place to stay? And how is the rate of rental like? Preferably somewhere that is not too far from the train station and reasonably priced of course.

I have more questions but will save it for later. Thanks in advance for your kind help and info sharing.

Tack och hej då!
MvH,
Justin Ng

Re: Malaysian working in Sweden soon

Hey! I'm a malaysian currently who has stayed in Stockholm for a few months now. When are you coming?
If you are coming soon, expect snow snow and snow.

Local transport website.

Damn geng one. Just enter your address (any place that you are planning to rent) and then your company address. This site will even show you a map of how far u need to walk to the nearest bus stop and all the interchange u need, and duration and how to walk to your office.
