Hi i looking in to move to DR.I want to stay long time.what be my best choice for my first year visa?I will not work ,but have income from internet overseas.working or not is ??? so maby some one can help me out with 2 options,work and non work?prices?maby a good laywer with a website.Thanks

Many if they do not plan on working will do nothing for the year and just pay the "fine" (overstay tax when they leave. For six months up to a year it is 2500 pesos ($65).
If you are working you will need a cedula (identity card and residency) this will cost you between $1000 and $1500 depending which lawyer you use.
