Late reopening of colleges what is the prob lem

my message is, what is happening to the education sector in Sierra Leone? It is like we are making no head way, as every body, includind the teachers as well as the students, are not ready learn , and the teachers are not willikg to give off their best. The results are bad, pupils cannot even fill theri Bece forms, which in a shame to the school that i do not want to name.
university students go for lectures, as if they are going for a party. The have lost focus, of what they shoul do, and how they should dress.
