hello I am now in Timor Leste ( near Indonesia) have a three year old cat and would like to know if it would be possible to bring my cat with me? Anybody knows how this works?

iabric, did you recieve any responses about bringing your pet to Liberia? I will be moving there in a few months and need to find out as well.

I am in the process of moving to Liberia from Canada with my two cats. What I have found out is that you need to get an importation certificate from the Liberian Ministry of Agriculture. Your cats need to have a current vaccination for rabies and have a veterinary certificate of health from your country of origin. I have heard of two vets in Liberia and so far my partner has been able to verify that one is located at the Pet Palace. I can't vouch for his ability but he does carry vaccines, supplies and the like. Hopefully, my partner will be able to find where the other vet is located and checknhim out as well.
