Hello

I am considering a 2-yr assignment in Rabat, Morocco and would like to enquire about job opportunities for my partnet. He speaks only English and has no professional qualifications. He is, however, a hardworking person and has over 10 yrs of experience as a store and hotel manager. What are the chances of him finding a decent job in Rabat? It doesn't have to be a high-paying job, just something decent and to keep busy.
