Hi all,

What do you think about the means of transportation in San Jose ?

Is the network of means of transportation well developed?
What modes of transport are available?

Do you use them?

How much is a fare?

Are they relatively safe?

What is the mean of transportation you use the most in San Jose ?

There is an extensive bus system that goes to all parts of the San Jose vicinity. Trying to figure them out is the hard part. There are no bus schedules posted on the streets or online. Buses have their routes posted up on the windows, but only the regions they stop at.
The easiest thing to do is go to a bus stop and ask the people or the bus driver where the bus goes. The plus side is many of the bus stops are on Google maps, they are quite safe and the buses are very cheap (e.g. 210c San Pedro-->San Jose Central.)
