NICA (National Intelligence Coordinating Agency) is a Philippine government agency that is connected with other intelligence agency from all over the world (e.i. CIA, Mossad, Secret Intelligence Service etc.) and serves are a watch guard to any threat there maybe for the country. For foreign national intending to settle in the Philippines, clearance from NICA maybe asked to clear them of any doubt and make sure that they are admissible.
