If you wish to import your cat, dog or bird to Moldova, you are required to obtain a Veterinarian Good Health Certificate from your country of origin. It must be filled out by an accredited veterinarian. Cats and dogs are required to be vaccinated against rabies, and you must have a certificate that proves this. There may be additional requirements, depending on your country of origin.
So the time you spent really depents on the  Veterinarian of Your country.
