Hello,
we will be relocating to Almaty in December. I would like to send my girls to a local school where they would have total immersion in Russian. What are the options for that? Is there a web site listing schools and their curricula? Where do they go for after school activities and sports? My oldest is really good at soccer. Middle one is excellent in swimming...

Any idea in which area of town you guys are going to be living?
No website with a listing of schools and especially with curricula... At least I couldn't find one. Not even here: edu.gov.kz/en

Not yet. I should know next month though. My biggest concern is physical education for them and the science /math part. In US schools, there isn't as much of that as I would like for them. In Japan it was perfect- they had PE every day, and all the kids would participate on the weekends in various sports clubs...
