I will appreciate advice about renting an apartment in Bordeaux/Talence.
In particular:
How do people usually look for an apartment: web-sites? rental agents? newspapers?
Is it more common to rent an apartment in an apartment-building or from a private person?
Which of the utilities are usually included in the rent (if any)?
Are there chances to find a furnished apartment (after all, there are many students around)?
I appreciate your help.
