Hi all thinking of relocating to Peru but I am not sure where to start was hoping to talk to expats who are already in Peru living on social security that might be willing to give some advice thanks all

I have lived in Peru for the past five years, and off and on for thirteen. I am retired and living on SS. Your question is simple, however the answer can be complex. If you want more info use my personal e-mail xxx  under subject use, " moving to Peru."

Hola Priscilla, uups, I mean oops. I mean "Hi" Priscilla, is this expat forum actually dividing up languages to each forum instead of respecting the linguistic diversity of said community to let us communicate? This site most likely includes bilinguals or polyglots. -I have studied sociolinguistics and this behavior is fairly common when in public at a grocery store and we feel "uncomfortable" while hearing a conversation in a second language behind us. Why bring that to a culturally diverse website where people are only looking for mutual support across cultures? By saying keep your language in another forum is dismissive, rude, and ethnocentric in my opinion.

Hi,

I am Don, and I have a background in Facility Management & Physical Security, combined with an Associate Degree in Computer Technology Integration.  I'm really quite curious what the market might be like for Facility Management professionals in Perú.

I am nearly fluent in Spanish, speak a bit of German and can greet folks in French and Hindi.

Hi Friends ....

I have recently shifted out here in Miraflores ...  let me know if we can connect sometime for drinks or maybe partying / clubbing
