Crashed motorbike. need help/advice

hello,

other night crashed my bike in bangkok. had a few drinks. was very stupid. anyways the question is the ambulance took me off and let me out because i asked not to go to hospital. so i missed the police and they did not get a breath reading for drink driving. now the police have my bike and wont release it to me at all. a witness has said the crash was because of drink. but they have no evidence to support that claim. breath or blood sample. would a drink charge stick in court with no support evidence if they take it that far

If the police didn't take your blood and breathe test, they may ask only a fine from you. Too many cases at the police station normally they want to finish at the police station not a court unless you have the third party and more damage of liability. ***
