Does anyone on forum know how to get truck driving liscence in Vietnam? i pose a question because my westerner friend would like to learn truck driving and take a test in Vietnam. Is it possible?

Basically you can have the driving license for trucks but not for working as truck driver.
I remember exist a list of jobs permitted to foreigners and which are those prohibited.
Truck driver is one of prohibited. Check over internet, you should find the answer.

Yes , take as many drugs as possible (like the rest of the truck drivers) do here .Go to the nearest licensing centre and buy one
Then go find a truck , disconnect your brain , and off you go to play a vital part in the daily carnage
