Hello! I would like to clarify things regarding my visa and work permit.
My visa will end on February 2016 and my work permit will also end on February 2016. Now, I quit my job last October 2015.
My question is, can I still stay in the Kingdom of Thailand until February 2016 without paying an overstay and penalty?

What visa ? Or are you on an extension of stay?
