Hello,
I do live in Milan but not Indian. I know too many Indian / Bangladeshi/ Pakistani students in MIlano Politechnical Inst .
So if you go there (every body knows where does it is) will find so many of your fellow people.
Donot be afraid about it. They will help yopu.
