Please advise if possible to send food supplement products from philippines to Sri Lanka. Is there any restrictions from the Ministry of Health?? Thank you.

You can receive any kind of food items in Sri Lanka for your private use. (Small quantities)
When my Mom was sick my overseas friends used to send me some food supplements as gifts and I received them without any problem.

I am in the Philippines and do get food supplements locally here. I found that it is easier to go to malls, but if you are in a budget and since most supplements are not available in malls, then you should go to Philippines classified ads sites such as mybenta.com.
