The Federal Migration Service of Russia maintains the system of identification of payment of the labor patent
The Federal Migration Service of Russia and Federal Treasury created the mechanism of automatic identification of payment of the patent for implementation of work in the territory of Russia citizens of CIS Countries. It is supposed that information regarding all paid patents will be updated in system daily.
Separately also cases of untimely receipt in FMS of data on payment make a reservation. In that case the foreign citizen will be brought to administrative responsibility, up to cancellation of the patent and closing of entrance on the territory of the Russian Federation.
We note that now on the site of FMS it is possible to check validity of work permits and the patents issued to foreign citizens to work on the territory of Russia.
