I use Cyta for my landline.
Just pop into a CYTA office taking your passport and villa purchase agreement or rental agreement.
13.93 euros (excl VAT) line rental
29.00 euros (excl VAT) 6mbps internet ( Cytanet) - slower speeds are cheaper
If you have the Internet service type 1018 before all your calls abroad to get savings on the charges as this uses Voice over IP (VOIP) E.g. 1018 00 44 1189 123456

Yes, we did exactly the same with Cyta. Rather than pay the deposit in full we have been paying it over two years at the same price. With regards to the internet connection after 11 months of continuous service we have had one month free. Rarely use the land line, but when making overseas calls we use the 1018 facility.
