If you want to apply DV Lottety 2017 just write Www.dvlottery.state.gov in the website bar on your browser it is the official website of USA for DV lottery Application , it is free and never pay to apply, the application acceptance will be closed on November so apply early .
There will be instruction page so don't apply before you read that instruction page .
