What is hifz program???
Though the best list of schools in Jeddah I have seen is on Jeddah for kids. Google the group with the addition of schools. They are also on FB (their list isn't as it is on their blog) but you can send them a message to have them request of their members your inquiry.

hifdh is memorization of the quran - every school under the ministry must have islamic studies and arabic studies ...most indopak international schools run british curriculum and have hifdh component.
