You have chosen a nice city.

My tip would be to find an independent solicitor (not one chosen by the Estate Agents).
Oh, and make sure the solicitor speaks English

Thanks. I go back and forth each day regarding varna or vidin(rural area and buy a house) and advertise for tourists to experience local attractions with a place to stay. So much in my head.
