The first and the foremost thing u must do is laparoscopy . We have been through lot of probs since last 14 years and we had one 7 years back and now we will have one inshah allah . Our experience says is that u must do laparoscopy to understand the underlying problem if any. The best Dr's u can find is in Dallah Hospital Riyadh.

Thanks for all your valuable information, hopes and blessings 
on the day I posted my post, I got to know  about "Thuriah hospital" from this blog (Pregnancy in Riyadh ink )
I Visited this hospital on 22 Sept 2015 and consulted Dr.Hind mohammed al-ferdous . she asked me to undergo some tests:
1.prolactin blood test.
2.HSG test (to check for Fallopian tubes bolckage)
I gave Blood sample for test and underwent HSG on 10-Oct-2015, my reports should be ready today.
I took appointment with doctor on 17-Oct-2015 to know the results. I'm eagerly waiting to know that everything is fine..
please pray for me....!!

I met doctor and got my HSG reports

I'm Happy...............    that my reports are Perfectly fine. .    
Fallopian tubes are NOT Blocked
God is with me & everybodies blessings,.. Thank you all...
Ha.... I'm so relieved now... had so many doubts and assumptions
Im feeling better that I got to know atleast little about  what is happening inside my uterus.

Doctor said- that everything is fine about my reports and husbands reports
she suggested me to undergo for IUI because, I  tried to conceive naturally for almost 2 yrs ( with ovulation tablets) which didn't work.
So, Me and husband both have decided to go for IUI. I may undergo IUI in November cycle...

Dr Poonam Bansal is ob & gyne or an IVF consultant. Both are different. Please answer!

Dr Shazia is a gyne and not an ivf consultant. There is big difference in these two.

Just a suggestion to all the people seeking to get treatment to conceive and having children. The fertility issues are best addressed by Fertility Experts and IVF consultants. Many of Normal OB Gynaces  doctors or consultants are not aware of advancement in the field of Fertility and improving Egg quality for females. As most of the issue lies with females egg quality due to PCOS. And there are  3-4 month duration treatments consisting of medicines for PCOS issue and improving egg quality, and these medicines, cost of treatment and consultation fees are much cheaper in our home country.  May Allah bless you all with children.
