Anyone has experience with setting up a company as a foreigner?

Hi all!
I'm seriously considering moving to Iran to start a business. So, I was wondering if anybody here has experience with setting up a company as a non-citizen? From the information I could gather online, it is rather straightforward to establish either an LLC or Private JSC. But after that, will it be as easy to get myself a residence permit, as the owner of the company? Also, since both the LLC and JSC require at least two shareholders, I was wondering if there are any accountants or lawyers who customarily act as nominal partners for those people who do not have business partners?

Ok,
Well I'm active in e-commerce in here.
you can contact me in private message so we can talk more.

It is very simple, doesn't costs much, and the whole thing could be arrange typically by on ground lawyer in less than a month. After which you would need to register with the respective authorities to get the proper licensing for your e-commerce platform.
