Hi All,
After being back and forth to Bali + my partner working FIFO, we have decided to invest in a holiday rental in Bali.
Heading there in 2 weeks to really get a good look and hopefully make a deposit. Now, we do have a few friends who have done the same although I would really like some tips in regards to the nitty gritty stuff; insurance, reputable lawyers to draw up contracts etc.
Any advice will be most welcome.
