I want to relocate to baharain and I have got a job in a company in east riffa in baharain . My salary is 2300 USD pm and all expenses will be borne by the company . Is it beneficial and what the weather is like in baharain and if at a later stage i dont want to work there and want to return to India then can the company create problem

Hello there and welcome to the forum.
It is very hard for the company to create a problem in such a way that will prevent you 'leaving' Bahrain, so don't worry about that.
Weather is warmish in winter and scorching hot in summer.
