Does Lanka need a magician to perform in hotels,for kids,on weddings?

You know, at the speed that Sri Lanka is growing, I think there would definately be an opportunity for you to find work, the only thing is, since this is a fairly undeveloped concept, you would probably need to "market" yourself, by approaching all the five star hotels, and chain restaurants like McDonalds, etc., to get bookings for yourself!

Give it a try, at the minimum, you will enjoy a wonderful vacation in this paradise isle...
